Free Same-Day Shipping

● Free same-day shipping on orders of $99 or more
● Valid for standard ground delivery only
● $99 minimum order requirement applies to the order total before taxes and shipping
● To the contiguous United States (48 states) only, excludes Alaska and Hawaii
● Same-day shipping applies to orders processed by 2pm EST Mon-Fri, excluding holidays
● For products that require prescription verification, shipping transit times begin once
prescription has been verified
● Expedited shipping options are available for an additional fee

Additional Shipping Information

● Ground shipments may be sent via FedEx or USPS
● Orders require a physical address for shipping. We do not ship to PO box addresses
● APO/FPO/DPO addresses will ship via USPS ground service only

Calculating Your Shipping Cost

● Expedited shipping is available for an additional fee (see table below)
● Expedited shipping times begin upon shipment of product. Prescription verification
time may vary, and will impact overall delivery times
● We are unable to deliver Overnight/Next Day on Saturdays

Alaska and Hawaii

● All shipments to Alaska and Hawaii will be shipped via FedEx 2 day service and may
incur an additional shipping charge based on weight of the package
● Due to the distance, shipments will take a minimum of 5 business days to arrive
● You will receive a shipment tracking number via email when your order has been
processed

Shipping Restrictions

● Shipping to destinations outside of the United States is not available
● We cannot ship to Alabama, Tennessee, Montana or North Dakota
