Product Not There Yet
Lunoa is a good product and worth trying for Positional Apnea. The high price is not justified for a product with hardware and software that are early stage.
The single on/off switch on the Lunoa is balky (difficult to operate smoothly without feeling like you may be forcing it) and does not feel as though it will last very long.
The software does not consistently sync with the IOS app UNLESS you have the IOS app open every time you turn off the Lunoa device...neither practical nor what the instructions suggest. Further, the record keeping on the app is bare-bones...only keeps a week's worth of data.

Works as advertised.
I purchased this device to ensure that I wasn't sleeping on my back, which I need to avoid due to central sleep apnea. I actually only used the product for a short time, because it became clear that I was spending most of my sleep time sleeping on my side. But the product did work as advertised. It's not cheap, but way better than the conventional approach of sewing a tennis ball into the back of a pajama top, which means you can never lie on your back while in bed.

Good idea, bothersome to bedmate
The ramp up adjustment period was annoying. By the time you can fully utilize the device you don’t get a full 30 days to determine if it is worth it for you. The buzzing would drive my spouse crazy, was especially annoyIng to her early in the morning

I appreciate the statistics provided, but .....
While I think the products is working ok for me, I'd suggest the following improvements.
One auto adjustment of intensity of vibration if patient responsiveness falls below some threshold. e.g. If I am only compliant 60% of the time, make an option available to allow ME to increase the intensity of the vibration.
Also, improve the app to include more sleep data such as provided on mobile apps such as Sleep on Android.

Well constructed product, but extremely expensive
I have found myself having a hard time adapting over the 3 months I have owned the device. It works, it notifies when I am snoring on my back and i roll over. But having a hard time justifying the amount of money I paid for it.

Exceptional!!
I measure my snoring and have positional obstructive sleep apnea. Without it, my snoring is a 10-17 using SnoreLab app. With it, I’m a 0 and have never slept better. Thank you for making an exceptional product!!

Good product....annoying but it works.
Bought this as an alternative to the “tennis ball sewn into a pocket on back of shirt” idea. It works, so says my wife. At times though, I simply must lay on my back and I overide it by switching it off. Cpap was out of the question.
