Rated 2 out of 5 by Lil Jake from Battery life poor and won’t replace battery after This is my second Simply Go and in both cases, the accessories were a ripoff. I bought it in mid December 2019 and the battery died May 2020. I have to pay for a new battery. I was never offered the option of an extended warranty because I bought it through 1st Class Medical. My older machine died due to a faulty power cord. Buy beware on this product. Replacing accessories at your expense is how they make money

Rated 3 out of 5 by TallBaldGuy from Battery Life Needs Major Improvement While I am pleased with this product overall (easy to use, very light weight, solid accessory options), the battery life is simply not enough. It does not even last a full hour without being plugged in. I do require constant oxygen flow of 2 liters, but there’s got to be a better battery solution. Hoping this can be improved ASAP.

Rated 1 out of 5 by Eloise from This product is not reliable. Philips Simply Go is inefficient because a full battery lasts less than 2 hours. There is a charger in the case, and a spare battery, so you have that for backup, but it will also run out.

Rated 3 out of 5 by Petunia from Not what I really wanted. To heavy. Not what I thought it was. To heavy to carry around and makes to much noise.

Rated 2 out of 5 by Retiredshadetree from This bag is so restrictive ! You people should think about the patient ! The carry bag is totaly bad ! The ides of the carry strap is so pitiful and , I think, applys to some very old nursing home patient. I am 73 and try to stay as active as possible.I haven't really used it because of how I have to use it. Why can't you provide some straps that can be attatched to the bad so that it can be carried as a back pack. Keeping in ming the pulse rate the patient uses and tha battery life.
