Insurance Reimbursement FAQs
1. Can Respironics Colorado bill my insurance company?
Respironics Colorado is a cash-only supplier and does not accept any insurance.
2. Will my insurance company pay for my order?
There are many different types of insurance plans. If you have questions about your insurance benefits, please contact your insurance company directly to determine your benefits. Respironics Colorado will not bill your insurance company on your behalf because it does not accept any insurance. You will be solely responsible for payment for your order.
3. Do you accept either Medicare or Medicaid?
No, Respironics Colorado does not participate with Medicare, Medicaid, or any other state or federal government insurance coverage programs.
4. Can I use my Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA)?
The IRS designates some medical, dental, vision, and prescription expenses as Qualified Medical Expenses (QMEs). Before purchasing any items with your HSA or FSA account, you should verify that the item is designated as a QME by the IRS. Please visit the IRS website for more information.
If you choose to use your HSA or FSA card, Respironics Colorado does accept these credit cards and debit cards. It is your responsibility to verify that the item you are purchasing is a designated QME.
